Employee Standards

The Key Largo Anglers Club is a private club and we are committed to integrity and professional service to our membership. We constantly strive to create unforgettable memories for both the employees and the members. Our goal is to employ only the best of the best.  You as an employee will be expected to give 100%, be punctual, and be respectful of others at all times. Employees typically work 35-45 hours per week.  Actual weekly hours are determined by the needs and level of our business. In accordance with the applicable laws you will be required to present documents that prove eligibility to work in the United States.

Appearance

It is imperative that our members and guests feel comfortable interacting with you. Your appearance can positively affect that connection. You are expected to maintain a high level of personal hygiene and to be neat and clean each time you report to work, both to convey a positive image to our members and guests and to make your co-workers' work environment more pleasant.

Hair must be neat, clean and of natural hair color. While you are working, long hair must be confined. For men, a clean shave or neatly kept mustaches, beards and sideburns are acceptable and must be fully developed before season begins.

Fingernails must be of reasonable length and clean. Jewelry must be conservative, one ring per hand, one earring per ear, no other facial piercing is allowed. Tattoos should not be visible in the uniform that is provided.
